1. After the new machine or transverse, the four-wheel drive off-road forklift diesel engine cannot be filled with load from the beginning and cannot run at high speed. Before switching to normal operation, the four-wheel drive off-road forklift should run for 50 hours at low speed and light load.
2. Make sure the four-wheel drive off-road forklift is clean fuel. If necessary, filter the liquid through sediment or silk.
3. Maintain the normal water temperature (70-85℃) and hydraulic pressure (medium speed 0.2-0.4MPa) of the four-wheel drive off-road forklift.
4. Find abnormal conditions during driving and check the four-wheel drive off-road forklift immediately.
5. To prevent dirt and shorten the life of the four-wheel drive off-road forklift engine, it is recommended not to use "hard water" as cooling water.
